Stands for Pre-Plate system, specially designed for pre-plating a silvered lacquer max diameter 14” prior to be put in the high speed plating system. This unit runs at a lower temperature and lower current as in the high speed bath. This is to avoid crack in the lacquer master.

This pre-plate unit has a rocking sledge, this can be set  from 2 – 20 movements in a min., that can hold up to 4 silvered lacquers, each lacquer has its own current source that can be programmed independently. The current sources can be programmed by means of an 10” touch screen. The solution is temperature controlled and filtered continuously. Maximum agitation is achieved by spaying the solution between the anode basket and the silvered lacquers.
